Jenn’s path to real estate was a natural one. With over 15 years in sales and marketing stretching into industries like new construction, finance, title and escrow, and even tourism and hospitality, she has built a career around connecting people to opportunities and helping them tell the story of what makes a place, product, or property meaningful. Today, she applies that experience to help clients navigate real estate decisions with strategy, insight, and a clear sense of what’s possible.

Jenn represents Hiatus Homes as their exclusive sales agent, where she works closely with buyers interested in high-performance, small-scale homes and cottage communities. As a Certified ADU Specialist and cottage housing expert, she also works with homeowners exploring ways to add additional housing, landowners considering infill or small-scale development, and sellers looking to highlight the future potential of their property. Whether she’s supporting an investor, a first-time buyer, or an aspiring developer, Jenn brings a thoughtful, big-picture lens to every conversation. Outside of work, you’ll find her fostering rescue dogs, helping run a local mini-donkey ranch, or paddleboarding when the sun’s out. She’s also a frequent traveler who finds inspiration in how other countries design homes, plan neighborhoods, and build community. Jenn brings that same grounded, community-minded spirit to her work - always focused on helping people make confident, informed decisions about where and how they live.
