About Justin Scott

With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in Young Life, Justin offers a strategic, results-driven approach to real estate, enriched by a lifelong connection to the home and construction industry.

A connection to the home and construction industry began early, with summers spent roofing houses during high school and work experience in HVAC and plumbing. More recently, a restoration project on a 100-year-old house on First and Portland in downtown Bend deepened an appreciation for craftsmanship and preservation.

Born and raised in Bend, Justin’s wife and their two daughters enjoy the close-knit community of family and friends in the area. Together, the family embraces a love of travel, exploration, shared meals, morning coffee (often followed by a second cup mid-morning), reading, and time with their labradoodle, Ruthie. Justin is also an avid golfer, river surfer, and fisherman, savoring opportunities to enjoy all three activities when possible.

Justin studied accounting at Oregon State University and brings two decades of nonprofit leadership experience to real estate. This background combines a passion for building relationships, a strategic mindset cultivated through years in senior leadership, and a deep connection to the homes and neighborhoods of Central Oregon. Client relationships are approached with heart and commitment, ensuring each individual’s needs and goals are understood. Whether collaborating on a project, finding the perfect home, or sharing a story over a round of golf, Justin is dedicated to creating meaningful connections and helping others achieve their goals.
