Raised in Central Oregon in a hardworking family that valued integrity, kindness, and treating people well, Michelle learned early that home isn't simply a place you live—it's where people feel loved, supported, and connected. Her father owned Central Oregon's first independent mortgage brokerage and invested in local real estate, introducing her to the industry while showing her the lasting impact a home can have on a family's life.

That foundation naturally grew into a love for design.

Today, Michelle blends more than 20 years of real estate experience with her passion for staging, interior design, and creating spaces that people genuinely love to live in. Through Design by Kindred, she has helped homeowners prepare their homes for market while helping buyers imagine what life could look like inside them. For Michelle, thoughtful design isn't about perfection or following trends—it's about creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming, comfortable, and authentically lived in.

Michelle has always been an artist at heart.
