About Rob Hendrickson

If you ask Rob what he does for a living, he'll tell you he's in real estate.

But if you spend five minutes with him, you'll realize he's far more interested in people than properties.

He's endlessly curious about what shapes us—our stories, our relationships, the places we choose to call home, and the moments that quietly change the direction of our lives. That curiosity has been the common thread running through everything he's done, from growing up near the beaches of Southern California to studying at Cornell University with plans of becoming a physician, and ultimately discovering a career in real estate more than 26 years ago.  

He's grateful life had other plans.

Throughout his career, Rob has worked in resale, new construction, lending, and investment real estate, helping everyone from first-time buyers to luxury clients navigate some of life's biggest transitions. Along the way, he discovered that real estate has very little to do with houses and everything to do with people. Every client has a story and every home becomes part of their story. More often, it's about hope, change, family, and the life someone is trying to build.

Clients often describe Rob as calm, thoughtful, and quietly confident. He believes the best relationships aren't rushed, trust is earned rather than expected, and people deserve to feel seen, heard, and understood. For Rob, genuine kindness leaves a lasting impression. People may forget the details of a transaction, but they'll remember how they were treated. He believes the relationships you invest in are often life's greatest return. His goal isn't simply to help clients buy or sell a home—it's to leave them feeling cared for long after the transaction is complete.  

Outside of work, Rob is happiest chasing experiences rather than things. He finds peace trail running through the forests of Central Oregon, searching for uncrowded surf breaks, wandering thoughtfully designed spaces, or lingering over a great cup of coffee and an even better conversation. He has a deep appreciation for things that stand the test of time—vintage Levi's, classic watches, beautifully designed homes, well-worn leather, timeless architecture, and the effortless style of icons like Paul Newman. To him, the best things in life don't need to shout; they simply endure.

At home, life revolves around Michelle—his wife, business partner, and favorite person—and the family they've built together. He never expected fatherhood to become one of life's greatest gifts, but today, his children and two young grandchildren are among his deepest joys and greatest teachers.

At the end of the day, Rob believes homes matter.

But the people who fill them will always matter more.
