We've moved!
As of September 1, Varsity Real Estate is now at Kiln, 501 SW Hill Street in the Old Mill District. Over the past year we've brought on new agents and teams, and it became clear we needed to grow into a space that could support how we work.
Why This Move
We wanted a location that was central to Bend and accessible to our clients. The Old Mill District made sense for that reason. We also wanted the space to reflect who we are: professional without pretense, thoughtful, and built to last. Kiln is all of that.
What This Space Means
The space is built around people doing their best work. When clients come in, there's staff to greet them. There are conference rooms designed for engaging conversations and amenities we can share with the people we serve. We're planning to host events there too—client appreciation gatherings, team workshops, community events. The space is beautiful and tech-optimized, so we can do those things without it feeling sterile.
For our agents, the environment supports the work they do. It's professional, intentional, and built so someone can focus, meet clients, collaborate with their team, or take a real break at the end of the day.
